Drew Jones

REGIONAL Manager

Drew Jones has nearly a decade of experience in stormwater compliance and has been an integral part of California Compliance Environmental since 2020. As Operations Manager, he oversees field operations and works closely with the team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Drew is a licensed Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP), a Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC), and holds an electrical certification from WyoTech. His technical expertise, attention to detail, and hands-on approach help clients confidently navigate California’s environmental compliance requirements. When he’s not working, Drew enjoys training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, outdoor adventures, and being a proud cat dad.

Brian Widman

REGIONAL Manager

Brian is committed to delivering quality work and helping clients navigate environmental compliance with confidence. Since joining the team in 2021, he has become a trusted leader known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude. Brian has a background in electrical work and construction management and completed the Construction Technology program at Orange Coast College. He is OSHA Confined Space Certified, a licensed Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP), and a Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC). Brian is a committed Christian, and he and his wife, Nicole, are active members of their local church. Together, they enjoy serving in ministry, encouraging others, and making a positive impact in their community. Outside of work, Brian enjoys surfing, biking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren Warner

ViCE PRESIDENT

Lauren Warner is the co-owner of California Compliance Environmental and has been helping businesses navigate California’s environmental regulations since 2016. As a licensed Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP), she specializes in Industrial General Permit compliance and enjoys helping clients simplify complex environmental requirements. Lauren earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Concordia University and began her career as a project manager at an environmental laboratory. Her technical background and commitment to exceptional service help clients confidently achieve compliance. Lauren’s Christian faith is the foundation of how she leads, believing that integrity, compassion, and serving others should guide both business and life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their three daughters.

Joe Warner

Joe Warner is the co-owner of California Compliance Environmental and has worked in stormwater compliance since 2010, helping commercial, industrial, and construction clients navigate environmental regulations with practical, dependable solutions. A United States Marine Corps veteran who served as an infantryman in Iraq, Joe leads with discipline, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. His Christian faith shapes his leadership, and he strives to honor God by serving clients with integrity and building a company that values people above all else. Outside of work, Joe enjoys surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time with Lauren and their three daughters.
