Let's talk about us
Drew joined CCE in 2020. He has been part of the storm water industry since 2017. In this industry, he has been able to blend his passion for the ocean and construction field together. In 2005, he completed an electrical program at WyoTech, receiving his electrical certification in the state of California. Drew works with Property Managers in keeping their property portfolios in compliance with stormwater laws. As a licensed QSP & an inspector of sediment and erosion control, Drew keeps construction sites in compliance by preventing any runoff reaching the waterways. He oversees CCE operations and confirms that all work meets the CCE gold standard of service. In Drew's off time, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Tiffany and their fur babies and training Jiu Jitsu.
Brian joined CCE in 2021. Starting his career in the electrical industry, he has been able to transfer his job management skills and strong work ethic over to the CCE team. He is a key player in keeping this company moving forward in the right direction. He completed the Construction Technology program at Orange Coast College and is OSHA Confined Space certified. Brian is a licensed QSP and an inspector of sediment and erosion control. In Brian's off time, he loves spending time with his wife Nicole and fur child, surfing and being an encourager to others.
Antonia has over 20 years of Environmental Management and Mortgage Industry experience that has crossed over to storm water insight. With over 30 years of dynamic customer service, we are honored to have Antonia on our team. Antonia has a passion for helping and encouraging both the unhoused and those affected by drugs, alcohol, and life trauma. She has spent the last several years ministering to those in need and was awarded the prestigious Unsung Hero of the year in 2022 by United Way of Orange County. In addition to those passions Antonia has a passion for the ocean. Her and her husband founded a company, Worship and Surf, which is a family ministry that offers therapeutic healing through surfing for their clients. Antonia and her husband Billy Joe are a blessed blended family of 6 children and 1 adorable fur baby, Kody.
Lauren Warner has been in the environmental field since 2016. She currently is a licensed QISP, Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner, and helps clients stay in compliance with the Industrial General Permit. She obtained a bachelor's degree in biology from Concordia University and started her career working as a project manager at an environmental lab. Her unique background allows her to understand both the testing and regulatory requirements of clients. She believes the most important thing you can give is your time. She is grateful for the opportunities that God has provided and the family she has been blessed with. Joe and Lauren welcomed their first child, Grace Warner, to the world on May 31st, 2020 and their second, Sunny Warner, April 28th 2022. Joe is outnumbered by girls in the house; including the dogs.
Joe has been in the storm water industry since 2010. Joe is considered an expert in his field and has consulted large projects and performed demonstrations on how to properly maintain structural BMPs throughout California. His work speaks for itself. Joe's goal is to build others up and make strong teams. He served in the Marine Corps as an infantryman, where he did a tour in Iraq. He and his wife moved to Southern CA in pursuit of a better life. Joe loves spending his free time with family, training Jiu Jitsu, and surfing; but skateboarding is not allowed anymore because Lauren says he is too old to be doing that. California Compliance Environmental is his passion stewarded by his Christian faith and what you see is the fruit of that.
